Junior/Intern Account Manager Role Objective: Designed for recent graduates or early-career lab technicians looking to transition from the bench into health-tech. This role focuses on learning the Crelio LIS platform, assisting with client setups, and escalating technical needs while managing day-to-day customer onboarding tracks.

Key Responsibilities

•

Coordinate on customer onboarding configurations, ensuring new labs are set up according to operational requirements.

•

Assist with basic LIS training for laboratory staff and client administrators.

•

Provide low-level software support and manage initial troubleshooting queues.

•

Act as a key coordinator between the clinical client and Crelio's internal technical engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.

•

Document customer feedback and feature requests to help improve the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

•

Required: Formal laboratory training or hands-on clinical lab experience (e.g., MT, MLT, Lab Assistant, or a degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical fields).

•

Preferred: Prior exposure to using a Laboratory Information System (LIS) in a professional or educational setting; strong communication skills.

•

Location Requirement: Fully remote; West Coast residency preferred.

Compensation & Promotion Timeline

Months 1-3 (Hourly/Intern Phase)

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour (Focus on structured onboarding and system training).

Full-Time Base Salary Range

$65,000 - $75,000 per year (Triggered upon graduation to independent queue management).

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

$72,000 - $85,000 per year (Includes 10%-15% variable bonus based on onboarding milestones).

Month 6 Performance Review

Potential 5% to 8% salary increase or milestone-based adjustment upon proven autonomy.

Month 12 Merit Review

Standard annualised tech review (typically 3% to 5% cost-of-living or performance-driven step-up).
