Junior Compliance Officer

They are looking to hire a Compliance Officer to join their Compliance team and would be reporting to the Compliance Manager/MLRO. The role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in fintech. Job Responsibilities Support customer onboarding processes, including KYC and KYB checks. Conduct sanctions and watch-list screening. Assist with transaction monitoring and identification of suspicious activity. Maintain accurate compliance records and support general compliance administration. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (minimum 2:1 preferred) 0–2 years of experience; exposure to banking or operations is an advantage Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Benefits Comprehensive AML training and development program.
