Senior Fullstack Developer

We are a fast-growing HR Tech company with a presence in the UK and Nigeria. Having successfully built and launched multiple HR platforms, we’re now expanding our product offerings. We’re seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong DevOps experience and hands-on expertise in Vultr cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with our existing engineering team. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for HR and payroll platforms. Lead and manage infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines using DevOps best practices. Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and secure software delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers. Integrate and optimize services on Vultr and AWS cloud environments. Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and technical mentorship Requirements 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer. Must have hands-on DevOps Engineer experience, including CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code. Experience with Vultr cloud hosting is required. Prior experience in HR Tech or Fintech. Strong frontend skills using Vue.js, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks. Backend proficiency with Node.js, Python, or Java. Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
