Job description

Destinations by Frasers is looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales Supervisor to support store operations and lead our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring productivity and accountability. Ensure all staff adhere to customer service standards and company values Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Ensure all cash handling, banking, and procedures are followed accurately Drive Upselling, cross-selling, and product knowledge to maximize revenue Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning when required. Requirements Requirements & Skills; Minimum 3 years retail experience (essential) Proven track record in achieving sales targets Previous supervisory or leadership experience (advantageous) Strong sales and customer service orientation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills High level of energy, confidence, and initiative Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer literacy Matric - essential
