Job description
General Responsibilities (Client Admin): Process Lead works with Team Lead in managing workload allocation and workforce scheduling to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely completion of deliverables. Serves as a preparer and/or reviewer of reports and deliverables produced by team members, ensuring accuracy, quality and adhere to standard operation procedures. Lead process transition and migration activities, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, comprehensive documentation/training materials to support process transition. Ensure smooth and successful migration of processes with minimal operational risk and disruption. Together with the Team Lead, the Process Lead fosters alignment by managing team expectations and addressing conflicts or challenges that could affect productivity and collaboration. Maintain accountability for timely completion, submission and proper handoff of all reports, deliverables and ongoing tasks. Ensure process documentation is complete, accurate and kept up to date to support operation consistency and knowledge retention. Ensure operational issues, risks and incidents are appropriately reported and escalated in timely manner, while communicating process updates and clarification to the team. Collaborate with Team Lead, Management and stakeholders to drive process improvement, enhance operational efficiency and support the achievement of business objectives. Support the team by acting as back up in the absence of team member/s. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management Core Duties and Responsibilities (Client Services) Oversee the daily review and processing of cash wire instructions, ensuring accuracy, completeness and appropriately communicated to trade implementation team. Monitor and perform daily reconciliations, proactively identifying, investigating and escalating discrepancies, breaks and issues to Offshore and Onshore Team for timely resolution. Oversee the management high volume email inquiries, ensuring appropriate prioritization, timely responses and effective resolution of client and internal stakeholder requests. Manage and oversee client communication, ensuring accurate maintenance of client records and documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures. Prepare and communicate operational metrics Keep team's deliverables tracker updated.
