Job description

  • Own and execute Flat world Solutions' LinkedIn strategy, including company page growth, executive thought leadership, employee advocacy, and audience engagement. • Develop and manage Instagram content focused on employer branding, company culture, employee stories, events, and brand awareness. • Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns. • Develop compelling content including posts, articles, thought leadership pieces, employee stories, case study highlights, videos, and social campaigns. • Manage and optimize LinkedIn and Meta paid campaigns to support brand visibility and lead generation objectives. • Collaborate with Sales, HR, Delivery, and Leadership teams to identify content opportunities and success stories. • Drive community engagement through comments, conversations, and industry networking. • Build relationships with customers, prospects, employees, industry influencers, and strategic partners across social platforms. • Monitor brand mentions, industry discussions, competitor activity, and emerging social media trends. • Manage online reputation and social listening initiatives. • Track and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. • Work with internal and external creative resources to develop engaging visual and multimedia content. Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B social media programs at the company level. • Experience marketing IT services, outsourcing, consulting, technology, or professional services organizations. • Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing, including company page management, employee advocacy, executive branding, LinkedIn Ads, Sales Navigator, and analytics. • Experience managing Instagram for brand building, employer branding, and audience engagement. • Proven ability to create content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and business outcomes. • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex B2B services into compelling social content. • Experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms. • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hoot suite Sprout Social, or Buffer. • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and social media reporting. • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred. • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, content marketing, employee advocacy, and social selling. • Experience with AI-assisted content creation and automation tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global teams. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field. • MBA or relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an advantage.
