Job description

Overview We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within real estate consultancy, exposure to various business functions., and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and keen to contribute to various projects and initiatives across the business. The internship program will carry a duration of 3 months, extendable and will involve rotation across Knight Frank Egypt service lines. Responsibilities Develop an understanding of clients’ requirements and goals, and devise ideal solutions for those requirements. Undertake the efficient administration of all procedures in carrying out business. Navigate and advise on the commercial elements of clients contracts Report to clients and provide regular updates. Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of Knight Frank. Communicate fully with all stakeholders concerned to ensure that business is managed in an efficient and professional manner. Engage with other departments in multi-disciplinary projects. Skills and Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, PowerBI and data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the real estate industry. Understanding of regional business culture and regulations. The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems). Software: Microsoft Office programs to an advanced/proficient level. Language skills: Fluency in English and Arabic, written and verbal. Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
