Web Developer

FLIN is looking for a Web Developer with 2-4 years of experience in web development, specifically in fin-tech applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, UI/UX revamping, AWS server management, WordPress development, Kubernetes deployment, and API integrations (including CRM systems). This role will be responsible for optimizing website performance, security, and scalability while closely collaborating with Content Writers, Designers, Product Managers, and SEO Specialists to enhance the user experience. Responsibilities Revamp Company’s website UI/UX to enhance usability, responsiveness, and engagement while collaborating with designers to implement modern principles and optimize performance. Develop and manage backend services, integrate CRM systems for automation, implement secure authentication and encryption, and optimize WordPress-based websites for performance and security. Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, deploy and scale applications with Kubernetes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery. Optimize website performance through code enhancements, database query tuning, asynchronous loading, and A/B testing to improve speed and user engagement. Implement security best practices, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with GDPR and fin-tech regulations to protect sensitive financial data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals, enhance website performance and SEO, and participate in agile workflows for seamless execution. Stay updated on web technologies and fin-tech trends, implement workflow automation, and explore new frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency in development. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years in web development, preferably in the fin-tech or financial services industry. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL & NoSQL). Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Proficient in Bahasa and English (must have) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment. Strong personality with an entrepreneurial mindset. Prior working experience in the Financial Services or FinTech Industry (Good-to-have). Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker (Good-to-have). Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to web development.
