Role Overview The Retail Channel Manager will lead the growth, performance, and expansion of Koolbuy’s retail distribution network across Uganda. This includes recruiting and managing retail partners (dealers, agents, shop owners), optimizing point-of-sale performance, and ensuring strong last-mile customer experience.
