About the Role: We're seeking a hands-on engineer to connect low-level hardware communication, industrial networking, and on-site deployment. You'll collaborate with seasoned engineers and architects, gaining exposure to best practices and intricate hardware- software dynamics. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with industrial protocol expertise, strong customer skills, and a coachable mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Implement, configure, and troubleshoot protocols like MODBUS, CAN BUS, I2C, UART, Serial, IEC-104, IEC-61850, and SCADA systems • Build, test, and manage industrial networks using TCP/IP, Profits, and Proficient • Love to travel client sites for deployment oversight, hands-on testing, and system commissioning • Serve as the on-site technical lead, explaining complex concepts to clients, managing requirements, and bridging R&D with customer needs • Engage in technical discussions, rapidly understand architectures, and contribute to structured problem-solving Core Responsibilities: • Hands-on experience with industrial protocols (MODBUS, CAN, I2C, UART, Serial, SCADA, IEC standards) • Solid grasp of network setups (TCP/IP, Profits, Proficient) • Quick adaptability to advanced engineering talks and complex designs • Excellent interpersonal skills with customer handling and relationship-building success • Readiness for travel to sites, installations, and commissioning • Humble, feedback-responsive attitude, eager to learn from experts and deliver production-grade work Preferred Qualifications: • MODBUS mapping in IEC-104/IEC-61850 gateways • "Vibe coding" experience (intuitive, flow-state, or AI-assisted workflows) • Embedded programming background • Raspberry Pi use in industrial or prototyping scenarios • Clean coding proficiency in Python, C, or C++ Requirements Hands-on experience with industrial protocols (MODBUS, CAN, I2C, UART, Serial, SCADA, IEC standards) • Solid grasp of network setups (TCP/IP, Profits, Proficient) • Quick adaptability to advanced engineering talks and complex designs • Excellent interpersonal skills with customer handling and relationship-building success • Readiness for travel to sites, installations, and commissioning • Humble, feedback-responsive attitude, eager to learn from experts and deliver production-grade work
