About the Role Worksphere by Eridan is seeking a vibrant and proactive Community Management Intern to support our growing community. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who’s passionate about people, communication, and creating memorable experiences within a coworking and creative ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist members, clients, and guests warmly Manage communication within the Worksphere community (e.g. WhatsApp groups, internal updates) Support onboarding processes for new members and help them settle in Assist in organizing and executing in-house events and community-building initiatives Gather feedback from community members and help improve their experience Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and welcoming Support booking coordination, usage tracking, and reporting Provide administrative and general support to the Community and Operations team Requirements Requirements BSc or equivalent in Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields Excellent verbal and written communication skills People-first attitude — warm, approachable, and customer-service driven Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Canva, Notion is a plus) Proactive, reliable, and excited about building community Benefits First-hand experience in community building, space operations, and events A dynamic environment with the opportunity to grow, network, and learn.
