Dome9 is on a mission to fundamentally transform how businesses around the world secure their public cloud environments. We are looking for a Director of Digital Marketing who will own our digital marketing and brand advertising strategy and budget across all programs. This includes SEO, search and display advertising, and other paid and organic channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong performance marketing DNA and marketing creativity. He/she is able to think strategically about how to optimize our digital spend and time investment across multiple channels. Proven experience with planning, executing and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns to drive online demand and awareness is a must. The key to success in this role is to be ruthlessly numbers-driven and resourceful in exploring different ads, channels, etc. and constantly refining the approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual digital marketing plan and budget globally and execute it
  • Measure the performance of global digital efforts - lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and influence on bookings
  • Optimize and implement best practices across all digital marketing programs, including: SEM, SEO, display, mobile, video, and social, with a focus on driving new customer acquisition, engagement, and inside sales conversions
  • Identify, track and report on functional KPIs to achieve digital marketing goals
  • Assess content effectiveness, and drive alignment between marketing campaign narratives and the website user experience and KPIs.
  • Act as strategic partner and internal digital marketing expert to product marketing, field marketing and inside sales
  • Design the organizational structure to grow digital marketing efforts
  • Hire and manage the internal team, external agencies, and work across multiple groups within and outside of the marketing organization

Our ideal Director of Digital Marketing will have

  • 5+ years of digital marketing and online sales experience
  • Strong expertise in performance analytics and making data driven decisions to continually optimize and drive the customer acquisition funnel
  • B2B technology marketing background
  • Passion for lead gen, digital advertising and building brand awareness
  • Experience with web content strategy, paid media, owned media, testing and analytics
  • Proven experience with evaluating and using martech solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate up, down and across the organization
  • Experience with building and mentoring a team combined with the ability to go hands on when needed
