Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Manager , you'll be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, presenting customized home security solutions, and closing sales. You'll receive comprehensive paid training , hands-on support, and ongoing development opportunities to help you succeed and grow.

Key Responsibilities

•

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to qualified leads.

•

Present and sell ADT home security and smart home systems to residential and small business customers.

•

Follow up on leads, manage pipelines, and maintain detailed CRM records.

•

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

•

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling.

•

Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

•

1+ year of sales experience (inside sales or call center preferred).

•

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by success.

•

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

•

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

•

Knowledge of home security or smart home systems is a plus, but not required - we'll train you!
