About the role

The Recruiter supports the Project Resourcing team, managing end-to-end recruitment processes. They source, engage, and assess candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain the candidate pipeline. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, they draft job adverts, ensure compliance with recruitment policies, and facilitate a smooth hiring and onboarding experience, contributing to the organisation's ability to attract and retain top talent efficiently and professionally.

Department and reporting line HR Department reporting to Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and targeted job advertisements and publish them on the most relevant platforms
• Proactively source talent through professional networks and market-specific channels
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate and participate in interviews, verifying credentials and assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Provide structured candidate recommendations to hiring managers
• Communicate application outcomes, manage offers, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge

• Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles independently
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including experience engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a professional and approachable communication style
• Solid knowledge of HR compliance and international recruitment regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and market insights to support decision-making
