IVR Test Automation Engineer(4–7 Years Experience) We are seeking an experienced IVR Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in IVR testing and automation frameworks. The role focuses on validating IVR call flows, voice prompts, system integrations, and speech interactions, while building scalable automation solutions across IVR, Web, Mobile, and API layers. Must-Have Skills Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in IVR testing (manual or automation) using Cyara or Hammer Minimum 2+ years of strong automation experience across web and API testing Strong programming skills in JavaScript / TypeScript (preferred), Python, or Java Hands-on experience with automation tools such as: Playwright Cypress Selenium Appium REST-assured / HTTPClient for API automation Solid understanding of test automation frameworks, test design principles, and defect tracking Nice to Have Experience with IVR-Tester automation tools Experience working with Twilio or other IVR/telephony platforms Exposure to API, backend, and integration testing Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for IVR applications Validate IVR call flows, prompts, DTMF inputs, speech recognition, and failure scenarios Automate IVR, web, mobile, and API test scenarios using appropriate tools and frameworks Develop and maintain automation frameworks, reusable test scripts, and test data Execute API tests and validate backend integrations Analyze test results, logs, and call recordings to identify defects and perform root cause analysis Collaborate closely with development, product, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on test coverage and testability
