Job description

International Facilities Services Ltd. (IFS) is seeking an experienced, highly disciplined, and operationally mature Security Manager to lead and coordinate security operations at designated and assigned clients sites The successful candidate will serve as the primary security lead for client facilities and will oversee all day-to-day security coordination, emergency preparedness, access control, incident management, and supervision of outsourced security personnel deployed by third-party security providers. This is a high-responsibility leadership role requiring strong operational command capability, corporate security experience, stakeholder management maturity, and the ability to operate effectively within a sensitive and high-visibility environment. Key Responsibilities Security Operations Leadership Lead and coordinate all security operations across designated client site/s Ensure effective protection of lives, assets, infrastructure, and visitors Maintain high standards of vigilance, discipline, and operational readiness among all deployed security personnel Outsourced Security Management Supervise and coordinate outsourced security personnel and guard-force operations Monitor compliance with deployment standards, SOPs, and service expectations Conduct regular inspections, audits, and performance reviews of deployed guards Liaise with outsourced security vendors on operational improvements and incident management Access Control & Surveillance Oversee access control systems, visitor management procedures, and vehicle screening operations Supervise CCTV monitoring operations and security control room activities Ensure effective perimeter security and sensitive area protection Event & VIP Security Coordination Coordinate security planning and operational support for: state functions diplomatic engagements concerts cultural events executive visits Liaise with government security agencies and protocol teams where required Incident & Crisis Management Lead emergency response coordination during incidents or security breaches Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare incident reports Develop and implement crisis response and escalation procedures Ensure readiness for fire, medical, evacuation, and public safety incidents Risk Assessment & Compliance Conduct periodic security risk assessments and vulnerability reviews Recommend and implement security improvement measures Ensure compliance with all site security policies and operational procedures Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports Provide security briefings to management and client representatives as required Maintain professional engagement with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders Requirements Required Competencies Strong leadership and operational command capability Excellent incident response and crisis management skills Strong understanding of access control and CCTV systems Experience supervising outsourced guard operations Strong report writing and communication skills High level of professionalism, discipline, and integrity Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and government agencies Calm and composed under pressure Professional Certifications CPP (Certified Protection Professional) PSP (Physical Security Professional) HSE / Emergency Response Certifications Security Risk Management Certifications Benefits Competitive
