Project Coordinator

Location: Ratchathewi,Krung Thep Maha Nakhon,Thailand

• Oversee projects and manage on-site event operations from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution.
• Arrange and organize all event-related equipment to meet operational needs.
• Control the event process from pre-event preparations to the day of the event, handling any on-site challenges.
• Clear and manage documentation and systems with the on-site team and finance department within specified timeframes.
• Negotiate with team members, supervisors, staff, or transport providers to achieve optimal results.
• Explore new options or solutions that meet client needs, focusing on both operational effectiveness and cost savings.
• Handle on-site issues and challenges swiftly and effectively.
• Recruit and coordinate on-site teams, including Supervisors, Staff, and MCs, relevant to each event.
• Be prepared for occasional out-of-town work and nighttime shifts, with allowances and travel expenses reimbursed as per actual costs.
• Experience in event planning or execution.
