About the Role Dot IT is looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to support growth strategies for clients across different industries and markets. This role combines research, strategic thinking, and cross-department coordination to help clients grow through integrated digital marketing solutions. You will work closely with SEO, Social Media, Media Buying, Web Development, and Account Management teams to translate business goals into actionable growth plans. Key Responsibilities · Growth Research & Analysis: Conduct industry and competitor research, analyze client positioning, target audience, and market opportunities, identify digital growth opportunities across different channels. · Growth Strategy & Planning: Develop growth strategies and actionable marketing plans, define channel roles across SEO, GEO/AI visibility, social media, paid campaigns, and website optimization, help structure quarterly and monthly growth priorities, and participate in strategic planning sessions for clients. · Cross-Department Coordination: Work with internal teams to align execution with business goals, coordinate with SEO, Content & Social, Media Buying, and Web Development teams, and ensure all departments support one clear growth direction. · Performance & Optimization: Review reports, identify growth opportunities and performance gaps, monitor KPIs and campaign performance, and recommend strategic improvements based on results. · Proposal & Strategy Support: Support strategic presentations and proposals, assist in creating growth roadmaps for potential clients, and contribute insights and recommendations during client discussions. Requirements 3–5 years experience in digital marketing, strategy, growth, or integrated marketing roles Agency experience is highly preferred Understanding of multiple digital marketing channels Experience working on marketing strategies or growth plans Experience handling multiple projects or clients simultaneously Strong analytical and strategic thinking Understanding of SEO, social media, paid media, websites, and conversion funnels Ability to connect marketing activities to business goals Strong research and presentation skills Excellent English communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple priorities ⚠️ Note: This is a Strategic & Holistic Growth role, NOT a pure Media Buying or Execution position. We are looking for someone who builds multi-channel strategies (SEO, Content, Funnels) and manages client roadmaps, not just sets up paid ads.
