About the Role Dot IT is looking for a Digital Business Development Specialist to support the agency’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to long-term business expansion across different industries and markets. This role combines business development, strategic communication, and digital marketing understanding to help clients find the right digital solutions for their business goals. You will work closely with SEO, Social Media, Media Buying, Web Development, and Account Management teams to align client needs with tailored digital marketing strategies and services. Key Responsibilities • Client Acquisition & Business Growth: Identify and engage with potential clients, generate new business opportunities, and support the company’s growth objectives across different markets. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client business needs, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. • Digital Solutions & Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to recommend suitable digital marketing solutions based on client objectives and growth opportunities. • Market Research & Opportunity Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, target industries, and potential business opportunities. • Sales & Pipeline Management: Maintain organized follow-ups, manage sales pipelines, track leads, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly targets. • Proposal & Presentation Support:Support business proposals, presentations, and strategic discussions with prospective clients. • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution. Requirements · 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales. · Digital Marketing Agency experience is mandatory. · Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Experience in client acquisition and lead generation. · Understanding of digital marketing services and integrated marketing solutions. · Ability to identify business growth opportunities and manage client relationships effectively. · Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Experience working with international or GCC clients. Familiarity with SEO, Media Buying, Social Media, Branding, and Web Development services. Benefits Remote work environment.
