Job description
Deliver IATA-accredited aviation training programs in accordance with international aviation standards and regulatory guidelines. Conduct training on airline operations, airport procedures, passenger handling, safety and security protocols, and customer service excellence. Facilitate real-time simulations and scenario-based training (e.g., check-in procedures, in-flight service, emergency handling, passenger interactions). Train candidates on aviation grooming standards, communication protocols, and professional etiquette as per airline expectations. Provide hands-on guidance in cabin crew responsibilities, inflight service procedures, and safety demonstrations (where applicable). Evaluate trainee performance through IATA-aligned assessments, mock exams, and practical evaluations. Prepare candidates for airline recruitment processes, including group discussions, assessment days, and interviews. Stay updated with global aviation regulations, airline SOPs, ICAO/IATA standards, and emerging industry trends. Ensure strict adherence to aviation compliance, safety, and training quality standards. Maintain training documentation, batch progress reports, and certification records. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program delivery and align training with industry hiring requirements. Stay updated with DGCA regulations and guidelines, ensuring training content remains compliant with current aviation authority standards. Support in business development activities by engaging in consultations etc Conduct workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions related to aviation careers. Support curriculum enhancement to reflect current airline and airport operational practices. Requirements IATA Certification (mandatory) – relevant aviation training certification programs. Minimum 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry (airlines, airports, or aviation training institutes). Cabin crew experience is highly preferred, with exposure to inflight operations and passenger service. Strong understanding of airport operations (check-in, boarding, baggage handling, ground services). Knowledge of aviation safety, security procedures, and emergency protocols. Familiarity with airline customer service standards and passenger experience management. Prior experience in aviation training or mentoring is a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate aviation-standard phraseology and etiquette. High grooming and presentation standards aligned with airline industry expectations. Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, training tools, and LMS platforms. Flexibility to work as per batch schedules, including weekends if required.
