Business to Business Marketing Specialist
Job description
We are looking for a highly strategic and energetic Business to Business Marketing Specialist. The successful individual is someone who can demonstrate strong social media marketing, events management, as well as, business writing and copyright skills. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing campaign administration, assist in writing and editing proposals and bios, create marketing collateral for B2B Executives and B2B administrators. Responsibilities: Assist in writing and editing proposals and bios. Create B2B event calendar. Conducting market research. Doing day-to-day administrative tasks. Reporting on research findings. Creating marketing collateral for B2B Executives and B2B administrators Help with prospecting clients. Design an outreach, pitching, presentations, post-onboarding strategy. Checking marketing activities of competitors Analyzing consumer behavior and collecting data Organize and support events, webcasts. Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and webinars. Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings, maintain databases and prepare sales and marketing reports. Preparation and analysis of sales forecasts Keep project status up to date and key stakeholders in the loop on timing of deliverables. Collaborate with Sector and Industry marketers to execute firm-wide campaigns. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings) Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates Assist with organizing promotional events. Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters) Supporting the marketing team. Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns. Prepare regular sales forecasting reports. Monitor competitors’ marketing activities. Requirements Qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience Strong writing and editing skills. B2B experience in professional services preferred. Must be organized, proactive and a self-starter. Interest in growing marketing skills and capabilities Strong project management skills Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
