Job Title: Concierge Care Executive Experience : 4-8 years Role Overview We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Concierge Care Executive with a clinical background who can serve as a key point of contact for our patients. This role blends patient support, care coordination, and operational execution to ensure a seamless and reassuring healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities Guide new patients through the onboarding process with empathy and clarity Assist patients in uploading medical records, prescriptions, and required documents Act as a dedicated point of contact for assigned patients Proactively follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and care plans Address patient queries, concerns, and escalations with sensitivity and urgency Track patient journeys and ensure no step is missed in the care process Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and updates in CRM/EMR systems Support process improvements by sharing patient feedback and operational insights
