Job Overview During this exciting time in our development, Datawrkz is seeking a high-performing and highly motivated Agency Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our programmatic platform, Vizibl, across the UK & EMEA market. The primary focus of this role is selling Vizibl — our self-serve DSP platform built for agencies. Vizibl enables agencies to access a range of leading DSPs (including The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP & Freewheel/Beeswax) with no minimum spend requirements. This role is focused on selling into UK-based independent ad agencies. The successful individual will join a high-performing, fast-growing team based in London and will be expected to leverage and expand a strong existing network of independent agency contacts. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the UK Sales Director to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve UK revenue targets Build relationships and harness existing contacts within UK independent ad agencies to drive adoption of the Vizibl DSP Sell the value of multi-DSP access including TTD & Amazon DSP Drive new business through outreach, events and networking Deliver pitches, presentations & platform demos Work closely with the technical team to build proposals Negotiate rates & close deals Must be organised and able to use CRM systems & Google/Microsoft suites About Datawrkz Datawrkz is an international business with offices in the UK, US, Singapore and Bangalore, delivering programmatic, search and social solutions for global clients - datawrkz.com About Vizibl Vizibl is our proprietary, self-serve programmatic platform, which helps mid market clients from a variety of verticals (including Agency, iGaming, Retail, Finance & QSR) to scale their businesses through sophisticated data driven advertising - vizibl.ai Requirements 2+ years programmatic / digital sales experience Strong network across UK independent ad agencies Background in smaller DSPs or programmatic media companies like MiQ, StackAdapt, Match2One, Adform Proven ability to hit revenue targets Strong programmatic knowledge and understanding of the landscape/ecosystem Strong analytical and reporting skills both internally and to clients Benefits Salary + commission: TBC based on experience.
