About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator to oversee the implementation, operation, and support of internal IT systems and infrastructure for our Thailand office. This role is responsible for managing core IT infrastructure including network systems, security controls, servers, end-user devices, and IT assets to ensure system stability, security, and high availability. You will provide daily IT support to office users, manage user accounts and access controls (Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365), and ensure adherence to IT policies and security standards. As a key member of the IT function, you will collaborate closely with regional and global IT teams on group-wide initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and system improvement projects. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. IT Infrastructure Management: Implement, maintain, and support internal IT systems and infrastructure, including network, servers, security systems, and end-user environments. Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, and related network components to ensure stable and secure connectivity. Administer servers and core services to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks or vulnerabilities. 2. End-User Support: Provide daily IT support to Thailand office users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other end-user devices. Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests while maintaining high service standards. 3. User Account & Access Management: Manage user accounts and access controls through Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, access rights assignment, and device setup. Ensure proper access governance aligned with security policies and internal controls. 4. IT Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals. Track procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets. Ensure proper documentation and lifecycle management of IT equipment. 6. Regional Collaboration & Projects: Collaborate with regional and global IT teams on group-wide infrastructure upgrades and system implementations. Support IT improvement initiatives, security enhancements, and standardization projects. Provide local technical input for regional IT strategies and deployments. Required qualification: Windows OS administration. Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi. IT support and helpdesk experience. Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting. Active Directory and/or Microsoft Office 365 administration. Basic information security practices including account and access management, password policies, patch management, and antivirus solutions. Ability to read and write technical documentation in English. Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management tools. Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Proxmox, or equivalent technologies. Linux server administration including web servers, database servers, and log management services. Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, LibreNMS, or similar platforms. Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Familiarity with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001. Experience collaborating with regional or global IT teams.
