Job description

 Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in the GPS tracking and IoT device markets.  Identify high-value business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients and partners.  Lead and mentor a team in business development, ensuring alignment with company goals.  Conduct high-level product presentations and demonstrations to decision-makers.  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.  Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to optimise business strategies.  Manage contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.  Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.  Willingness to visit clients and expand business outreach. Requirements  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  4+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology, IoT, or SaaS industries.  Proven track record of successfully driving sales and revenue growth.  Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions effectively.  Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data-driven decision-making.
