Lead/Sr AI Engineer We are seeking a passionate and driven AI engineer with a proven track record of building and deploying cutting- edge AI solutions. As a leader you will be the driving force behind our AI strategy, providing technical guidance, fostering innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of AI projects. Location- Bangalore Responsibilities · Drive the AI roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. · Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. · Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles, including bias mitigation, model explain ability, and data privacy. · Champion AI governance frameworks to align with internal and external regulatory requirements. · Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and domain experts to identify high-impact AI opportunities. · Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverable solutions. · Architect scalable AI pipelines for production-grade applications. · Optimize inference performance, model latency, and compute efficiency across cloud and edge environments. · Implement robust model monitoring systems for drift detection, retraining, and feedback loops. · Ensure AIOps/MLOps best practices for lifecycle management and versioning. · Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions across multiple domains (e.g., computer vision, NLP, forecasting). · Hands-on experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows (e.g., LangChain or LlamaIndex). · Track and report on the business value generated by AI initiatives (ROI, efficiency gains, etc.). · Support in building business cases for AI investments. · Designing and implementing AI and machine learning models to solve business problems · Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions · Conducting research and prototyping new AI algorithms and techniques · Developing and maintaining AI models to improve performance and accuracy · Analysing and interpreting complex data sets to extract meaningful insights · Documenting and presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders · Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies Requirements Requirements · Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science or other related fields. · Strong technical & analytical skill (Python OR R, SQL, predictive modelling, NLP/AI, Cloud, Generative AI, MLops, AIops etc) · Experience with Large Language Models like OpenAI API, ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard and Langchain, HuggingFace Transformers etc · Proven experience in developing and implementing Gen AI algorithms and models · Solid background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing · Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras · Proficient in handling and analysing large datasets using SQL or NoSQL databases · Strong programming skills in Python. · Experience in model deployment & operation using CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,) · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills · Excellent communication and teamwork abilities · Client Interaction · Project Handling experience · Apache Spark, Databricks, Apache Airflow, Prefect, Kafka, Delta Lake, dbt (data build tool) · Worked on tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, BentoML, Seldon, Ray Serve, Amazon SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, Weights & Biases (W&B), Neptune.ai, Arize AI (model monitoring) · LangChain, LlamaIndex (for RAG applications), Haystack, Rasa (for chatbots), OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, Embedding Models: OpenAI, Cohere, Sentence Transformers, Vector DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant
