Cape Joy is looking for a multi-skilled Event & Hospitality Admin Assistant to support our vibrant guest house, Play Park, deli/bar, and party operations. You will juggle kids’ parties, graphic design, social media, deli/bar assistance, and event admin. All in a fun, fast-paced environment. Requirements 1–2 years in events/hospitality (including kids’ parties or hosting) Graphic design portfolio (Canva, etc.) Social media management basics Willing to work weekends (non-negotiable) A joyful, calm-under-pressure attitude Weekend work is required Bonus: Barista or deli counter experience What you will do: Plan & host kids’ parties – from superhero brunches to princess teas Design – flyers, signage, social graphics (Canva / Adobe) Social media – post Reels, stories, track engagement Assist deli & bar – pour coffee, restock, run the till Event admin – bookings, run sheets, guest communication Benefits • Free staff meals & coffee training • Real growth to become an Event & Marketing Coordinator • Fun, creative, no-two-days-the-same vibe Ready to bring joy to Cape town?
