First Academy After School Care Aide

Location: Rogers,Arkansas,United States

Hours/Time: 3:30-5:30 PM, Weekdays, As Available

Flexibility in days worked each week possible.

Pay : $14/hour

Expectations

• Reflect a personal faith in Jesus Christ through lifestyle, church commitments and a commitment to Christian education
• Be professional and courteous in dealing with students, families, faculty and staff, and the general public
• Follow all applicable school policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Supervise children, maintaining a safe, positive, and Christlike atmosphere
• Collaborate with other personnel and teachers on duty
• Establish positive rapport with children, staff, and parents
• Take attendance and coordinate pick up with approved person(s)
• Communicate with church and school staff as needed
• Assist with preparing and distributing snacks to students

Qualifications

• Be a born-again Christian and member of a local like-minded church
• High School diploma
• College education (preferred)
• 18 years of age
• Willing to have a background check performed
