Service Center Supervisor
Job description
Service Center Supervisor: Performs supervisory responsibilities by overseeing skilled mechanics and workers maintaining automobile and truck vehicles. Ensure courteous and professional handling of the customer during the latter's visit to the Body shop and prepare estimates that ensure Customer Retention and Profitability, and schedules and implements the smooth flow of general shop repairs and preventive maintenance workload for the physical plant and for other departments. Responsibilities: Execute assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications and required time. Maintain the discipline of the service establishment, safe and clean reception area through strict adherence to company rules, regulations and procedures Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality. Advises customers on necessary repairs and maintenance to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs. Keep track of employees attendance. Provides product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance. Make sure work procedures are complied. Investing and solving customer service complaints. Implementing sales strategies based on the agreed target. Responsible of stock availability ,order entry on system and financial approval. Responsible for developing our own portfolio to customers. Qualification and Experience: Education Level : high school. Work Experience : 1-3 Years. Flunt in Arabic and English
