Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering Zoho-based implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery, quality, timelines, and high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end delivery of Zoho implementation and customization projects (Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, etc.). • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Zoho system configurations and solutions. • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with clients and internal teams. • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress/status reports. • Coordinate between clients, Zoho consultants, developers, and internal departments. • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Lead client meetings, prepare MOMs, and manage ongoing client communications. • Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation, approvals, and impact analysis. • Oversee UAT, go-live activities, and post-go-live support handover. • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company delivery processes. Preferred (Plus): • Zoho certifications (CRM, Creator, People, etc.). • PMP or similar project management certification. • Experience with ERP, CRM, HR, or Accounting systems Requirements Key Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software or systems implementation company. • Proven experience in managing Zoho projects or similar business systems (CRM, ERP, HR, Accounting systems). • Strong understanding of SDLC and system implementation life cycle. • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. • Fluent in English (spoken and written). • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
