(The "Make the Pipeline Move" Role) Who We Are At Vecros Technologies, we build autonomous drones that don't just fly — they think. Our AI-driven systems are changing how warehouses, construction sites, logistics hubs, and defence operations work on the ground. We're growing fast. The deals are getting bigger. And we need someone who wants to be in the room where it happens not watching from the sidelines. We're looking for a Sales Intern who is hungry, curious, and willing to roll up their sleeves in one of India's most exciting deep-tech startups. What You'll Actually Do Pipeline Building (The "Find Your People" Mission) Research and identify potential leads across verticals. Qualify prospects and set up discovery calls. Maintain CRM hygiene and keep the pipeline data clean and current. Sales Enablement (Making the Team Faster) Help prepare pitch decks, one-pagers, and demo materials for enterprise accounts. Assist in building outreach templates, sequences, and follow-up playbooks. Support the sales team with proposal documentation and tailored presentations. Market Intelligence (Know the Battlefield) Research competitors, customer pain points, and industry use cases. Spot opportunities in emerging markets where drone automation has strong product-market fit. Founder-Adjacent Work (Front-Row Seat) Sit in on key sales calls, enterprise demos, and strategy sessions. Help track deal progress and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks. Contribute to GTM thinking as we launch our products. Requirements Who You Are (Mindset > Resume) Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Engineering, Business, or anything — we care about how you think). You can talk to people — clearly, confidently, without crumbling. Proactive: you don't wait to be handed a list. You build the list. Comfortable with ambiguity 'figure it out' doesn't scare you.
