About VECROS: VECROS builds intelligent autonomous drone systems and AI-powered docking infrastructure for enterprise and defence applications. As an Industrial Designer at VECROS, you will work closely with our hardware, electronics, and mechanical teams to design drones, docking stations, and supporting equipment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career designers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in real-world hardware product development — from concept to prototype to production. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in designing drone bodies, enclosures, and docking station structures • Create concept sketches, 3D models, and product renderings • Support CAD modelling and design documentation • Collaborate with engineers to refine designs for manufacturability • Participate in prototyping, testing, and design iterations • Support material selection, finishes, and structural considerations • Maintain consistency in product aesthetics and branding language • Contribute ideas during product brainstorming and review sessions Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design / Product Design / Mechanical Design or related field • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong portfolio are encouraged to apply) • Basic knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Rhino / Creo) • Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar) • Understanding of form development, ergonomics, and product aesthetics • Familiarity with materials such as plastics, metals, and composites • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes • Strong sketching, visualization, and problem-solving skills • Portfolio showcasing academic, internship, or personal projects • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced hardware environment Benefits • Exposure to real-world hardware product development • Opportunity to work on AI-driven drone systems • Hands-on experience with prototyping and production • Fast learning environment with high responsibility
