MAIN PURPOSE To contribute to the achievement of WFS targets by maximising sales through the outbound channel in alignment with WFS policies, procedures and standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prospecting financial products to existing and new business customers Marketing (Outbound calls) Sales Targets and Metrics Customer Service Compliance Requirements KEY COMPETENCIES FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES Call Centre Task Knowledge of Telephony Sales Management Product Knowledge (Financial Services or Banking Products Knowledge of Leads Management or Dialler systems MINIMUM QUALIFICATION Matric / Grade 12 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum 12 months Outbound Telesales experience Experience is Financial Services and/or Banking Sector advantageous Individual must comply with the FAIS Fit & Proper requirements It is a requirement of this role that the incumbent meets the FAIS Fit & Proper requirements and remains Fit and Proper for the duration of their employment with WFS.
