Job description

We’re seeking a Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition and sales of solar energy solutions across Delta State, with focus on Warri and Sapele. Responsibilities Conduct physical customer outreach and cold calls to generate new sales leads. Identify potential homes and businesses for solar home system installations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Deliver product demonstrations to individuals, groups, and communities. Follow up on leads to convert them into paying customers. Coordinate with installers and technicians for smooth service delivery. Maintain a structured customer pipeline across assigned locations. Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 2 years sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with field and community-based sales Self-motivated, target-driven and ability to work independently Sales, customer acquisition, Lead generation and follow-up management Field sales / outdoor sales experience Relationship building and customer retention Basic reporting and sales tracking ability Team collaboration and coordination with field technicians Knowledge or interest in renewable energy (preferred) Benefits Commission-based pay Pension plan Training and development opportunities Supportive work environment Product discounts and perks
