Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and coordinate the marketing activities of the organization to help achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Work with the management team to craft and execute marketing strategies for the organization Manage marketing team operations and oversee ongoing activations, campaigns, and promotional activities Identify opportunities within target markets and develop strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth Generate ideas for promotions, collaborations, partnerships, and weekly activations to increase traffic and customer engagement Prepare and share marketing reports, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with marketing objectives Manage relationships with corporate media, retail industry partners, and other stakeholders Ensure the brand remains at the cutting edge of digital innovation and maintain brand consistency across all collateral Plan and execute special marketing projects, events, exhibitions, and brand experiences internally and externally Work closely with internal teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with the organisation’s brand values and guidelines Perform all other tasks as assigned Requirements BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Management, or any other relevant field At least 5-7 years of marketing experience Professional certification will be an added advantage Expert knowledge in traditional and digital marketing and communications Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace Strong understanding of marketing principles, budgeting, and project management Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Must possess sound judgment, critical thinking ability, and attention to detail Must be proactive, passionate about disruption, and interested in fashion, art, and culture Ability to leverage existing networks/connections effectively
