Job description
The UI/UX Designer designs user-centered interfaces for websites, landing pages, and web/mobile applications. This role translates requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI, while maintaining design system consistency and enabling smooth developer handoff. Success means clear UX logic, high visual quality, strong usability, and minimal rework during development. Key Responsibilities UX Design & Product Thinking Translate business requirements into user flows, sitemaps, and IA (information architecture). Create wireframes and prototypes to validate structure and interactions before UI polish. Identify UX risks early (edge cases, errors, empty states) and propose solutions. Run lightweight user testing when appropriate and iterate based on feedback. UI Design & Design Systems Design high-fidelity UI screens for web and mobile with strong typography, spacing, and hierarchy. Build and maintain design systems: components, tokens, styles, and documentation. Ensure responsive behavior: desktop/tablet/mobile layouts and breakpoints. Create interaction specs and micro-interactions guidance for developers/motion team. Handoff & Collaboration Prepare developer-ready handoff: component specs, spacing, typography, states, and behaviors. Collaborate with developers to clarify feasibility and ensure accurate implementation. Work with PM/Account to manage scope, priorities, and deadlines. Coordinate with content/copy teams to ensure UI supports messaging and conversion goals. Quality, Accessibility & Conversion Ensure usability and accessibility basics (contrast, tap targets, keyboard navigation where applicable). Design for conversion on landing pages: clear hierarchy, CTAs, and trust elements. Support QA by reviewing implementation and flagging UI/UX issues before release. Requirements 3+ years UI/UX design experience (agency or product experience preferred). Strong portfolio showing web and/or app UI, UX flows, and design systems. High proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping). Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to justify decisions. Experience designing responsive layouts and working with developers. Arabic/English communication for briefs and collaboration.
