Job description

Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven GTM Engineer to support our go-to-market execution through CRM management, data enrichment, outbound campaigns, and workflow automation. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, directly impacting pipeline generation and revenue efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Zoho CRM (leads, contacts, accounts, deals) Ensure CRM data quality (cleaning, deduplication, accuracy) Build and enrich target account & contact datasets using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Support outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) Execute and monitor lead flow, routing, and lifecycle tracking Create and manage automation workflows (Zoho, Zapier, etc.) Prepare campaign-ready datasets for sales teams Build basic reports and dashboards for pipeline tracking Requirements Must-Have Skills Basic understanding of CRM systems (Lead → Contact → Account → Deal) Understanding of B2B sales funnel High attention to detail and data accuracy Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (data cleaning, structuring) Strong learning mindset and ability to pick up tools quickly Required Skills Exposure to any CRM (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce) Familiarity with lead generation / prospecting tools Basic understanding of outbound campaigns Awareness of automation workflows (trigger-action logic) Good to Have Experience with Zoho ecosystem Tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Exposure to Instantly / HeyReach / Leadfeeder Basic knowledge of SQL / Python Understanding of email deliverability basics Tools You’ll Work With Zoho CRM | Apollo | LinkedIn Sales Navigator | Instantly | HeyReach | Zapier / Make| n8n What We’re Looking For High ownership mindset Strong attention to detail Structured thinking Fast learner with bias for action Benefits Success Metrics Clean and accurate CRM data Reliable lead flow and tracking Campaign-ready datasets Automation of repetitive tasks Clear reporting and dashboards
