Happiness Engineer

Location: Remote (Must have a primary residence in North Carolina, United States) The Role: As a Happiness Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience with our brand. You will be instrumental in providing technical and billing support, managing customer requests, resolving tickets, and offering live support through chat and phone calls. This role requires a unique blend of technical prowess, customer service excellence, and a passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional technical and billing support to customers using Zoho Desk and Zoho SalesIQ. Manage and promptly resolve customer support tickets. Engage with customers through live support chat and phone calls, ensuring a positive and helpful experience. Create and maintain comprehensive help articles and support documentation. Establish and own the technical support process, setting the tone and standards for future team members. Collaborate closely with other teams to enhance customer experience and product improvement. Requirements Qualifications: Residency in North Carolina, United States (due to tax restrictions & time zones). Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or fin-tech environment. Strong familiarity with Zoho Desk and Zoho SalesIQ or relevant ticket/chat experience. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries. Superb written and verbal communication skills. A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
