WELCOMING CUSTOMERS, ANSWERING PHONE CALLS AND CUSTOMER REQUESTS, FILING, ONLINE AND THOUGH TELEPHONE BOOKING APPOINTMENTS, BEING IN CHARGE OF THE RECEPTION AREA MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE AND ALL ROOMS ARE ALWAYS READY FOR TRETMENTS WHEN ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE BUSY. ALWAYS POSITIVE AND READY FOR SOLVING ANY ISSUES ARISING, KEEPING SPACE ALWAYS CLEAN, TIDY, FULL PRODUCTS ON DISPLAY, BE ABLE TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON COMPUTER, WELL COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR NEEDS , POSITIVE AND HAPPY PERSONALITY WITH EXCELENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF GREEK, ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN LANGUAGE, DIPLOMA IN SECRETARIAL OR MANAGEMENT DIPLOMA OR MARKETING OR SALES DIPLOMA.
