Nicholas Lynch Ltd. are currently seeking Seafood Operatives for their seafood production facility located at 13 Ashbourne Manufacturing Park, Ashbourne, Co Meath

This is a full-time permanent role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the processing, handling, and packaging of fish and shellfish products in a clean, safe, and efficient production environment. Duties include sorting, grading, filleting, trimming, weighing, and packing seafood products according to company and food safety standards. The role involves maintaining high levels of hygiene, following HACCP and food safety procedures, and ensuring product quality at all stages of processing.
