Job description

Our company, HMCK Healthcare Limited is seeking qualified and motivated Dental Technicians to join our team at Unit 7, Church View Square, Cavan, Co. Cavan, H12 YW54. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to work in a modern dental laboratory environment, contributing to the production, repair, and maintenance of high-quality dental appliances and restorations while developing their careers within a supportive and professional team. Key Responsibilities: Manufacture, repair and modify custom-made dental devices, including crowns, bridges, dentures, orthodontic appliances and other restorations, in accordance with dental prescriptions and specifications. Interpret dental prescriptions, impressions, models and digital scans. Work with a range of dental materials including ceramics, acrylics, metals and composites. Operate and maintain dental laboratory equipment and digital dentistry technologies. Ensure all work meets required quality, safety and performance standards. Maintain laboratory records and comply with health, safety and infection-control procedures. Collaborate with dentists, clinicians and colleagues to support successful patient outcomes. Requirements: Qualification in Dental Technology or a related discipline. Previous experience working in a dental laboratory environment. Strong knowledge of dental materials, laboratory procedures, and restoration techniques. Experience in the manufacture and repair of dental prosthetics and restorations. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
