As a Personal Independence - CoE Investments - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively.
As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, take ownership of projects, and develop skills outside your comfort zone, encouraging others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of compliance initiatives
- Analyzing and identifying linkages and interactions within complex systems to enhance risk management
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations
- Promoting a culture of integrity and adherence to ethical standards within the organization
- Utilizing business ethics and compliance awareness to guide decision-making processes
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and overseeing compliance program implementation
- Addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
