As an Automation Testing - Senior Manager, you will specialize in testing and quality assurance activities related to Guidewire applications, confirming they meet desired quality standards and perform as expected. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with insurance companies to optimize their policy administration, claims management, and billing processes. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to determine when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level. Responsibilities

  • Leading the testing and quality assurance activities for Guidewire applications to confirm they meet desired standards
  • Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice to optimize the use of Guidewire software in insurance operations
  • Overseeing the implementation of automation testing strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in software performance testing
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate Guidewire applications seamlessly into client systems
  • Applying analytical thinking to identify and resolve complex issues within Guidewire applications
  • Directing the development and execution of functional and regression testing plans to validate application performance
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Utilizing Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and InsuranceSuite to support client needs and drive project success
  • Engaging in strategic questioning and storytelling to convey impactful messages and insights to stakeholders
  • Embracing change and promoting innovation in testing methodologies and quality assurance processes

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 14 years of experience
  • Should have experience in GW Testing & QAA
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
