Bracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.

We are looking for an HR Partner Specialist to support part of our Staff Functions, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders.
You will play a key role in translating business priorities into impactful HR actions, contributing to the development of a high-performing and future-ready organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with People Manager to understand organizational needs and provide effective HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Drive and facilitate Performance Management processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and a strong performance culture.

  • Contribute to talent review, succession planning, and development initiatives to identify and grow key talent.

  • Support organizational design and workforce planning activities, helping shape structures, roles, and capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

  • Monitor employee engagement and organizational climate, leveraging feedback and insights to implement targeted improvement actions.

  • Analyze people metrics and organizational data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

  • Previous experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or HR Specialist roles within complex organizations.

  • Solid knowledge of core HR processes, including Performance Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand organizational dynamics and business priorities.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluent English

Employment terms:

The role is classified at Level B under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 41.575,24
The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
