PermanentBracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.
Lead the Talent Acquisition function by building and consolidating the Center of Excellence (CoE), defining recruiting processes, standards, and governance, and managing the team to support business growth and the ongoing cultural transformation.Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, KPIs, and governance standards.
Monitor and resolve issues (e.g., hiring delays, process bottlenecks, inefficiencies), driving concrete and sustainable solutions.
Partner with the business to anticipate hiring needs and improve hiring quality and effectiveness.
Build a strong partnership with HR Business Partners to align Talent Acquisition strategies with business priorities.
Collaborate closely with the Compensation & Benefits CoE and People Development CoE to ensure an integrated approach to talent attraction, reward, and development.
Define and govern the Internal Job Posting process, promoting internal mobility in close collaboration with the People Development CoE to support career growth, capability development, and talent retention.
Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition, introducing innovative solutions, tools, and ways of working.
Promote a data-driven approach focused on efficiency, candidate experience, and accountability.
Act as a cultural change driver, fostering new ways of working and strengthening collaboration across the organization.
Manage external recruitment partners (e.g., agencies and headhunters), including performance analysis, vendor evaluation, and development of strategic partnerships to ensure quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness in hiring processes.
Contribute to the evolution of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring alignment between talent attraction strategy, company values, and employee experience.
Support and shape the corporate Employer Branding strategy, ensuring a consistent positioning and approach across all talent attraction initiatives and candidate touchpoints.
Ensure effective adoption and continuous improvement of Workday and recruiting systems, optimizing processes, data quality, reporting, and overall user experience.
Education and Professional Experience
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition (7+)
Strong ability to design, build, or transform recruiting processes and operating models.
Strong results orientation, problem-solving mindset, and continuous improvement attitude.
Project mindset, with the ability to translate organizational needs into structured initiatives, prioritize effectively, manage stakeholders, and ensure end-to-end execution.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and change management skills.
Employment terms:
The role is classified at Level A under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 51.452,94
The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
