Job description

Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, effective account management, and market-driven trading strategies, while ensuring high client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans Successfully create business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts Build a pipeline of prospects through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through customized solutions and responsive client support Manage complex negotiations with clients and suppliers, including pricing, terms, and contracts Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trading opportunities to optimize sales performance Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales and market insight reports Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers Perform other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior Requirements Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales or account management Strong negotiation and communication skills Results oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of trading practices, commodity markets, or industry specific regulations is a plus. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
