ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Works with global Trintech team in the areas of contract negotiation and contract administration duties for Trintech’s US new customer base
- Ensures that contracts are negotiated, administered and closed in accordance with corporate policy and procedure
- Prepares and revises client contracts and confidentiality agreements in accordance with Trintech contracting standards
- Tracks contract drafts, authorizations, and correspondence in contracts database and provides information to internal business units regarding contract status, risk, compliance, and modifications
- Provides contract interpretation assistance to internal business units
- Sets priorities and brings conflicting priorities to Manager for assistance in resolving
- Works within the Contracts Team’s metrics/timelines for completion of documents and participates in the development of department procedures and processes
- Prepares, reviews and revises vendor contracts in accordance with Trintech contracting standards

- Creates and communicates concise and consistent contract provisions
- Performs other administrative support functions as requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and current admission to the Texas Bar in good standing or other U.S. jurisdiction
- 5-7 years of contract administration and contract negotiation experience; experience in global technology industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in contractual areas; knowledge of standard contract terms and legal terminology required
- Strong organizational, reading comprehension, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe including editing functions; proficiency with Salesforce contracts and library functions a plus
- Strong time management skills to include the ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities in managing a wide variety of projects, demonstrate initiative, accountability and see assignments through to completion
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and managers
- Customer centric, self-motivated, and proactive
- Handle multiple contract requests in fast-paced, team environment
