You'll be part of a fast-growing retail technology company, building AI-powered products that transform how retailers engage customers and manage operations. Working across forecasting, personalization, inventory optimization, customer analytics, and recommendation systems, you'll help create intelligent solutions that drive efficiency and business performance at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML models for retail and commerce applications including demand forecasting, recommendation systems, customer segmentation, pricing optimization, inventory management, fraud detection, and supply chain optimization.
• Create efficient preprocessing and feature engineering workflows for complex datasets such as transaction data, customer behavior data, product catalog information, e-Commerce interactions, loyalty programs, and time-series Sales data.
• Deploy and maintain AI applications across cloud environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 2-8 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML systems in production environments.
• Experience working with large-scale customer, transactional, or e-Commerce datasets.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT processes, streaming architectures, event-driven systems, and data warehousing..
