About the Role:
Are you a seasoned loss prevention professional ready to make a real impact? Skechers is looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Loss Prevention Manager to lead loss prevention efforts across multiple store locations in your market. You'll play a critical role in protecting company assets, reducing shrink, and building a culture of accountability and safety.
Salary Range:
100,000.00 - 115,000.00

What You'll Do
- Lead & Execute programs to reduce inventory and controllable losses across assigned locations
- Investigate internal and external theft, bringing cases to successful resolution
- Audit & Analyze store procedures using exception-based reporting and compliance reviews
- Partner & Communicate with store, district, regional, and corporate teams to drive organizational goals
- Optimize Security Controls to prevent shrinkage and ensure associate safety
- Manage Prosecution & Restitution procedures to maximize recovery for the company
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of retail loss prevention experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-store supervisory role
- W-Z Interview Certification Required (CFI designation preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of shrinkage controls, security systems, and POS/inventory exception reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- General computer proficiency
- Must be comfortable with 60–70% travel
