Corporate Partner OfficerThe Corporate Partner Officer supports the growth and stewardship of corporate philanthropy and sponsorship engagement efforts for the Bronson Health Foundation. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships and Giving, this role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate donors, sponsors, and community partners while supporting strategic initiatives designed to expand philanthropic revenue and community investment.
This position plays an important role in advancing the Foundation’s corporate giving strategy through proactive relationship management, sponsorship coordination, donor stewardship, and pipeline development. The Corporate Partner Officer will serve as a key operational and relationship-building partner, helping identify new opportunities, support corporate engagement activities, and ensure exceptional service to existing and prospective partners.
The role is designed for a motivated fundraising or business development professional seeking to grow within healthcare philanthropy and corporate engagement while contributing to a high-growth strategic initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Relationship Support & Development
- Assist in cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding corporate donors, sponsors, and community partners in support of Foundation priorities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of emerging and mid-level corporate relationships under the guidance of the Director of Corporate Partnerships and Giving.
- Manage a corporate stewardship event to help create an inventory of all potential engagement and include Bronson Leadership. Corporate partners event
- Support outreach efforts to identify new sponsorship, partnership, and charitable giving opportunities locally, regionally, and nationally.
- Conduct research on prospective corporate partners, industry trends, and corporate social responsibility initiatives to support strategic growth efforts.
Sponsorship & Engagement Coordination
- Coordinate sponsorship fulfillment activities, including benefit tracking, event participation, recognition, and reporting.
- Assist with the development of partnership proposals, sponsorship materials, presentations, and stewardship communications.
- Help execute corporate engagement events, networking opportunities, and donor appreciation activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with corporate contacts and stakeholders.
Donor Stewardship & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong ongoing communication with corporate partners to strengthen engagement and retention.
- Support stewardship activities that demonstrate impact, recognize contributions, and enhance long-term partnership value.
- Collaborate with Foundation colleagues to ensure consistent and exceptional donor experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of corporate interactions, proposals, commitments, and stewardship activities within donor management systems.
Strategic & Operational Support
- Assist the Director in implementing corporate partnership strategies aligned with Foundation priorities and growth objectives.
- Prepare reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking metrics related to corporate engagement activities.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Foundation leadership, marketing, communications, finance, and operational teams.
- Participate in brainstorming and developing innovative partnership opportunities that align corporate interests with community health impact.
Community Representation
- Represent the Foundation at community events, networking functions, and corporate meetings as assigned.
- Promote awareness of the Foundation’s mission, programs, and partnership opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with local business leaders, chambers of commerce, and community organizations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, communications, marketing, nonprofit management, public relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, account management, marketing, event sponsorships, or relationship management preferred.
- Experience in healthcare philanthropy, nonprofit fundraising, or corporate sponsorships is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with corporate and community leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and donor/customer relationship management systems preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support data-informed decision-making.
Working Conditions
- Evening and weekend responsibilities associated with Foundation events, donor engagement activities, and campaign functions.
- Travel between Bronson facilities and community locations as needed.
